Test their knowledge and passion for your project

If a production company wants your project, they should be willing to go the extra mile to do their homework. The amount of research they do about your project will pretty much determine the quality of work you will receive from them. A team that has done extensive research on your product or service can suggest various concepts and characters fit your needs, is definitely more valuable.

4. Have a watertight workflow document

Make sure to get an ironclad workflow document from the production companies. Some production companies can be a little vague about how the project is going to proceed. Stay away from such people. Since you are spending a lot of money on producing ad film, you need someone who at least knows what they are doing and have an idea of the various stages involved in the process of 3D animation production.

5. Ask for an initial script and storyboard
You may not get this, but sometimes, it's worth asking them to create a rough script or storyboard, so you can visualize the concept better. A lot of companies may refuse, but there are always a few who are willing to go the extra mile.

If you follow these tips, you will definitely find it easier to get a production house that fits your needs and can provide the right advertisement for your organization.
